📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing the recruitment budget and vendor relationships.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
