📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site operations
• Create and maintain event schedules, agendas, and timelines using Cvent and Microsoft Office 365
• Oversee event registration and ticketing processes using Eventbrite
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events
• Coordinate with catering and AV teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Manage event budgets and track expenses
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and attendees
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and engage attendees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event operations or a similar role
• Proven experience using event management software like Cvent and Eventbrite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations for events
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
