Place Nest Pratama is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition before each trip.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate regular reports for management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local regulations and traffic laws in Bali.
