🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE, with a minimum of 5 years in the mining sector.
• Certification as a Professional HSE Practitioner (CHSE) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of national and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HSE programs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is a plus.
