PT. TRANS NASIONAL CARGO is seeking a dedicated HR & GA Supervisor to join our team in Siantar, Sumatera Utara. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and General Affairs departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and GA management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting our team's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.,Managing the office environment, ensuring it is clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and travel arrangements.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Supporting the HR team in organizing training and development programs.,Managing office supplies and inventory.,Handling visitor management and guest services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and GA roles, preferably in a logistics or transportation company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems is a plus.,Good organizational and time management skills.
