Hub Data Sentosa is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team in Lubuklinggau. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation that helps our clients understand and use our products effectively. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials to support our clients.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Work with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and case studies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.
