📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet industry standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules.,Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve production issues.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Participate in safety drills and adhere to safety protocols.,Assist in the training of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Familiarity with production processes and equipment is a plus.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
