Rejeki Gilang Bakery is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing concerns and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.,Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company benefits programs.,Handle employee leave and attendance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
