📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and dispositions.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage order fulfillment.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with remote management and team coordination is a plus.
