Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations to the hiring manager.,Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's culture and values to ensure a good fit between the candidate and the company.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
