In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.,Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely completion of projects.,Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.,Maintain open and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.,Ensure that all projects are completed within the specified timeframe and budget.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in project management.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools.,Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
