Smart Shop Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Inventory Staff to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are optimized, and supporting the inventory management process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records accurately and efficiently.,Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Support the inventory management process by organizing and labeling stock.,Assist in the implementation of inventory control systems and procedures.,Monitor stock levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Collaborate with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analysis.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
