📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Knowledge of retail software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior
