Den Central Mandiri is seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and organizing inventory.,Interact with customers to ensure they have a pleasant experience.,Follow food and beverage safety regulations and guidelines.,Assist in training and supervising new staff members.,Monitor and manage cash handling and transactions.,Ensure the bar is stocked with the necessary supplies and ingredients.,Participate in inventory management and ordering processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or similar role.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting software.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
