As a Category Merchandising Assistant, you'll work closely with our team to ensure our stores are stocked with the latest and greatest travel products, from luxury travel accessories to exclusive travel guides. You'll be responsible for maintaining our inventory, managing stock levels, and ensuring our stores are always well-stocked and visually appealing.

This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per bulan, along with a range of benefits including health insurance, a performance bonus, and the opportunity to grow within a global company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain store inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.
• Assist in the merchandising of products, including display setups, seasonal promotions, and in-store events.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure consistent brand presentation across all stores.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the training and development of new staff members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches to ensure our stores are always offering the latest and greatest travel products.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of in-store promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the travel retail industry and a passion for travel is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
