Resto Maya Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Branch Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Collaborate with other branches and the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand and operations.,Participate in the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
