Prime Home Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Learning Development to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective training solutions to address those needs.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to achieve departmental objectives.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
