📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the store manager to achieve overall store objectives,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven experience in leading and managing a team,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with retail software and systems,Understanding of customer service principles and practices
