📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
  • Provide support and guidance to trainers and employees throughout the training process.
  • Monitor and report on training program progress and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure the smooth operation of training programs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with training management software is a plus.
