This includes working with various stakeholders such as shipping lines, customs brokers, and clients to ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and manage shipping documents including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and clients to resolve documentation issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipping documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping schedules and manifests.
• Provide documentation support during vessel operations.
• Participate in training sessions to ensure team members understand documentation procedures.
• Stay updated with changes in maritime laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime documentation or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with shipping software such as Navisphere or similar systems is a plus.
• Certification in maritime documentation or a related field is a plus.
