📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Take and process orders accurately using our POS system (Toast or similar).
• Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and efficiently.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stocking and restocking supplies.
• Uphold our restaurant’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide feedback to management on guest satisfaction and service improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Toast, Square, or similar) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID.
