As an HR Generalist at iKitchen Cabinetry, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR needs. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with department heads and managers to ensure a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance to managers and employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HRIS software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
