Accor Sentosa is looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team in Makassar. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and company standards.,Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Oversee employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns to maintain a harmonious work environment.,Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with management to ensure that HR strategies align with business goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Familiarity with performance management systems and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
