📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and prospects in the Jepara region.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Present products and services to potential customers, demonstrating their value and benefits.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to travel and work in a hybrid model (office and remote).,Knowledge of the Jepara market and industry trends is a plus.
