📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the HR department's daily operations and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Oversee training and development programs for employees.,Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.,Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
