📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of company operations to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal advice and support to other departments on matters related to compliance.
• Maintain and update company’s legal and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on legal and compliance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure continued compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal compliance, preferably in the mining or natural resources industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and international standards applicable to the mining industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Certification in legal compliance or related field is a plus.
