📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the facility, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of operational reports and data analysis.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Strong knowledge of operational procedures and best practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a remote location.
