Shop Moon Pratama is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Lebak, Banten. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Answering and directing phone calls and inquiries.,Maintaining and updating the visitor log and guest book.,Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing the calendar.,Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized at all times.,Providing information about the company and its services.,Assisting with event coordination and setup if necessary.,Handling any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with basic customer service principles.,Proficient in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Good organizational and time management skills.
