The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests and visitors. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 4.000.000 to Rp 7.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors upon arrival and departure.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Monitor and control access to the building and common areas.,Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Professional appearance and demeanor.,Valid driver's license (preferred).
