Express Shop Sejahtera is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our products and services. Your work will help our customers understand and use our products effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and follows our style guidelines.
  • Review and edit documentation written by other team members.
  • Work with the marketing team to create user guides and other customer-facing materials.
  • Provide technical support to customers by answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the documentation project.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
