📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to clients, helping them secure the best mortgage solutions for their needs.,Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify the most suitable mortgage products for clients.,Assist clients throughout the mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.,Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.,Stay up-to-date with the latest mortgage trends, regulations, and industry developments.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective mortgage strategies.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets its targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian mortgage market and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the mortgage industry.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
