BPO Supervisor (Life Insurance / Retirement Services)

NTT Business Process Outsourcing is seeking a BPO Supervisor to lead our team in Life Insurance and Retirement Services in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 agents, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
• Oversee daily operations, including quality assurance, training, and process improvements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to address performance issues and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the BPO industry, preferably in Life Insurance or Retirement Services.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams to achieve high performance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance and retirement services processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in BPO management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
