• Create and set up machine programs using software like Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, adhering to strict quality control standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop and implement new machining processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Document all machining processes and maintain detailed records of production.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an EDM Operator or similar role in precision machining.
• Proven expertise in operating CNC machines, EDM, and grinding tools.
• Familiarity with programming and setting up machine programs using software like Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
• Strong understanding of quality control and inspection processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
• Certifications in CNC programming or machining are a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
