📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain office records and files using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating with vendors, and managing inventory.
• Process and manage customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute reports to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in organizing and managing office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with the cleaning service team to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
• Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
