In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to diagnose and resolve issues with our refrigeration systems, ensuring that our warehouses operate efficiently and safely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems in warehouses and distribution centers.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration systems, and implement solutions to resolve problems.
• Work with the engineering team to ensure that refrigeration systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on refrigeration systems and safety procedures.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies.
• Document all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in refrigeration systems maintenance and repair.
• Certification in refrigeration systems (e.g., ARC, MERL, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, including compression, refrigeration cycles, and thermodynamics.
• Proficiency in using refrigeration gauges, vacuum pumps, and other diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
