📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in handling room reservations and bookings using PMS and CRS systems
- Provide exceptional guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries
- Learn and understand hotel policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining guest records and ensuring accurate documentation
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure smooth operations
- Learn to use hotel management software and other relevant tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of English (both written and spoken) is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
- Proactive and eager to contribute to team success
- Available to work full-time during the internship period
