- Prepare and serve high-quality desserts to customers
- Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks
- Manage orders and ensure accurate delivery to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Participate in team meetings and follow company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or a related field
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
