📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service from the moment they arrive.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the dining area is clean and well-presented at all times.
• Recommend menu items and provide excellent wine and beverage recommendations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Uphold the restaurant's standards of service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter in a high-end dining establishment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
