📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain our network infrastructure 24/7 to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect our infrastructure from threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new network services.
• Document network configurations and procedures for future reference.
• Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations and administration.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Familiarity with network security concepts and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
