📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily packaging operations, ensuring adherence to GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of packaging operators, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor and maintain packaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality in packaging operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging operations with other manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including GMP, ISO, and other industry-specific requirements.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Certification in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
- Strong knowledge of packaging machinery and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
